Access to Stroke Play Indoor Golf Studio is granted via a unique access code provided in your booking confirmation email. Please ensure you have this code ready before your scheduled tee time. If you experience any issues, please call us at 205-310-5893
What essential tips, rules, or things should someone know or bring for their very first visit to make sure they're prepared and enjoy themselves?
To ensure a great first visit, remember to have fun! Please note: no spiked golf shoes are allowed. Kindly clean your clubs prior to arrival. For safety, only one person is permitted in the hitting bay at a time. Be mindful of ricochets and treat our equipment with respect. What are the most common questions or concerns people might have about booking a tee time, making changes, or canceling?
We understand plans can change. Tee times can be canceled, but this must be done 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund. You can reschedule your tee time up to 4 hours in advance of your booking. Please refer to your confirmation email for instructions on how to manage your booking, or contact us at service@strokeplaystudio.com for assistance.
